Chili sauce is a condiment prepared with chili peppers and red tomato as primary ingredients.
The jalapeño, is a medium-sized chili pepper pod type cultivar of the species Capsicum annuum.
The name jalapeño is Spanish for "from Xalapa" (also spelled Jalapa), a city in Veracruz, Mexico, where the pepper was traditionally cultivated.
Curtido, the accompanying slaw, is a combination of cabbage, carrots, and onions in a vinegary, spicy brine.

“I couldn't have chosen a better taco catering business than this one!! I found them randomly and the communication was great to begin with, the prices were good and when they showed up to my son's first birthday party, their set up was so classy and clean! On top of that, the food was DELICIOUS!!! Everyone loved it, especially when they put out the pupusas! Those went fast! Their service was perfect and they couldn't be nicer people. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
